How do I share my referral?

Sign in to your account, click Copy referral link, then share it with friends so they can download Typeless and sign in through it.

How do rewards work for me and my friend?

When your friend downloads Typeless and signs in through your referral link, they'll get $5 credit for Typeless Pro. After your friend dictates more than 2,000 words, you'll also get $5 credit too.

How do I apply rewards?

After your invite is successful, the Apply referral reward button will be activated. You can find it on the referral page under Your referral rewards.

How long does my friend have to complete the 2,000 words?

There's no time limit. You'll receive your reward whenever your friend finishes dictating 2,000 words.

Can I invite multiple friends?

Absolutely. Each friend who completes the requirements adds more credit for Pro.

Which plans are eligible for referral rewards?

Referral credits are available exclusively to users on an Individual Plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly). Users on Team Plans, Enterprise Plans, or any other non-Individual subscription are not eligible for referral rewards. If you switch from an Individual Plan to a non-eligible plan, any pending referral credits may not be honored.

Can I use referral rewards on mobile?

Referral rewards only apply to subscriptions purchased through desktop checkout, not the App Store or Google Play.

Are there any rules for the referral program?

Yes. This referral program is intended for genuine, personal referrals only. Referral credits are subject to the following terms:

• Each referred user must be a real person who independently signs up for an Individual Plan and uses Typeless for their own legitimate purposes.
• The use of bots, automation, scripts, fake accounts, disposable email addresses, or any other artificial means to generate referrals or accumulate credits is strictly prohibited.
• Referrals from accounts registered with uncommon or custom email domains may have their credits placed on hold. Contact hello@typeless.com if you believe this was in error.
• The above examples are illustrative and not exhaustive. Any activity that Typeless reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of this program may result in the forfeiture of pending and earned credits, and/or suspension or termination of your account.
• Typeless reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this referral program at any time, and to make final determinations regarding eligibility and credit awards at its sole discretion.

Why is my referral credit on hold?

Some referrals may require additional verification. If your credit is on hold, please contact hello@typeless.com and our team will assist you.

This referral program is available to Individual Plan subscribers only and is subject to our Terms of Service. Typeless reserves the right of final interpretation of this program at its sole discretion.
