How do I upgrade?

You can upgrade to Typeless Pro at any time from the app. Click "Upgrade" in the left sidebar of Typeless to unlock unlimited words with enhanced accuracy, along with other Pro features. To explore Typeless Enterprise, contact sales.

Is Typeless free to use?

Yes! When you create an account, you'll automatically start on the Typeless Free plan, which includes 8,000 words per week, standard accuracy, and standard access during high demand. If you need unlimited words, enhanced accuracy, priority access during high demand, and other Pro features, you can upgrade to Typeless Pro anytime.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel your Pro subscription under "Subscription" on the Account page in the Typeless app. If you need help, contact us at hello@typeless.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Enterprise customers can also use invoicing and flexible payment terms.

Does Typeless offer plans for teams?

Yes. Typeless Pro includes team member management, team usage analytics, and centralized billing and invoices. Organizations that need single sign-on (SSO), SCIM user provisioning, domain verification and capture, audit logs, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), flexible invoicing and payment terms, or priority support can contact sales to explore Typeless Enterprise.

What happens when I add or remove members?

Adding or removing members affects your paid seats. When you add a member, they will use an available seat first. Otherwise, a new seat will be added to your plan, and a prorated charge may apply for the rest of the current billing cycle.

When you remove a member during the current billing cycle, their seat remains available until the cycle ends. You can invite another member to use that seat during this time. Seats left available during the current billing cycle are not refunded, and your seat count will update at renewal to match the members on your plan.
