New day-by-day insights show your active days, streaks, and dictation activity across days and weeks in your usage heatmap, so you can see the longer-term shift from the keyboard back to thinking. Keep making more room for your thinking. ## August 25, 2026 **Android app V2.5.0** ### Cloud Sync for your history Your history can stay with you from one device to the next with Cloud Sync. A thought captured on your phone is available on your computer when you sit down to work, and vice versa. Your latest dictations stay within reach in History as you work across devices. We hope this update makes the experience feel natural to you. ## August 3, 2026 **Android app V2.3.0** ### Introducing Dark Mode Use Typeless comfortably in low-light environments with the new dark appearance. Keep Typeless dark if that is what you prefer, or let it adapt automatically as your system switches between light and dark appearances. Go to the **Account** tab, open **Settings** and find **Appearance**, then select "Dark" to keep the darker look, or select "System" to follow your system setting. You can also select "Light" to stay with the light appearance. Thanks for using Typeless. We hope the new appearance helps Typeless better fit the way you work. ## July 13, 2026 **Android app V2.1.0** ### Keep speaking while you look around Sorry, your browser doesn't support embedded videos You can now keep dictating even if the keyboard closes while you're speaking. Need to scroll through an email, review a document, check earlier messages, or quickly switch to another app for context? Typeless will keep listening, so you can gather your thoughts without losing your dictation. When you're done, return to the text field, open the Typeless keyboard, and tap the Dictation button again to finish. Swipe on kana keys to enter characters without accidentally switching back to the voice keyboard.
